How are DPF Filter Cleaned

At this stage, the filters are gently heated to evaporate any moisture within the cylinder. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not use industrial ovens or expose your DPF filter to extreme temperatures. Our process ensures that the temperature never exceeds 150°C (302°F), eliminating the risk of heat damage—unlike the high-temperature methods commonly used in the industry.

At this stage, the filters may still contain hardened carbon deep within the intricate network of honeycombs. That's why we use a safe, specialized chemical peel that protects the ceramic and the valuable precious metals inside the filter. Our custom blend of cleaning agents penetrates deeply over a 24-hour period, ensuring that every trace of carbon is thoroughly removed. Unlike acids and high-pressure washers—which can slowly degrade the filter by stripping away invisible, precious metals—our method preserves the integrity of your DPF.

At this stage, the filter undergoes another rinse with distilled water followed by a gentle heating process to remove any remaining moisture. Once fully cleaned, we perform an airflow test to ensure there are no blockages. And voilà! Your DPF filter is as good as new!
